New to Pilates and not sure where to start? Our Beginner Pilates Course is the perfect introduction. Over six weeks, you’ll be guided through the core principles of Pilates in a supportive, easy-to-follow environment designed especially for beginners. We’ll focus on building strength, mobility, balance, and body awareness while teaching you the fundamental exercises and techniques that form the basis of all Pilates practice. To make sure everyone feels supported and confident, sessions are kept to a maximum of 6 people, allowing for personalised guidance, individual feedback and plenty of hands-on support throughout the course. By the end of the course you’ll: - Understand proper breathing and alignment - Feel stronger and more confident in your movements - Know the key Pilates exercises used in regular classes - Be ready to join our weekly Pilates sessions with confidence Who this course is for: This course is ideal for anyone new to Pilates or returning after a long break. Participants should be able to comfortably get down to and up from the mat independently. What to bring: We provide studio mats, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Please also bring a small hand towel and a bottle of water. Whether your goal is to improve posture, build strength, ease stiffness, or simply move better in your body, this six-week program will give you the tools and confidence to continue your Pilates journey.

Cancellation Policy
1. All sales are final. 1A. You confirm that you have obtained your medical practitioner's express approval and clearance to participate in the session; No refunds, discounts or additional classes are given in exchange for unattended classes. All services are non-refundable. 2. You confirm that at the time of participating in the session you are not pregnant or post natal without a doctor’s clearance to participate in Pilates training; 3. You confirm that at the time of participating in the session you are not unwell; 4. You confirm that at the time of participating in the session you are not suffering from any form of mental and/or physical injury; 5. Should you not be able to give all of the confirmations at paragraphs 1 – 4, above, you must not participate in the session; 6. You accept and acknowledge that Amy Bird, whose rights are reserved in full, shall not be liable for any injury, damage and/or loss however caused that might arise in connection with your participation in a session: - if you participate having not been in a position to give the confirmations at paragraphs 1 - 4, above;- if you participate against a medical practitioner's instruction and/or guidance; - if you fail to comply with any instruction given during the session, in particular, but without limitation, in relation to safety and/or technique; and/or - if any injury, damage and/or loss is caused by one or more class participants, 7. Should a provision of these terms and conditions become invalid or unenforceable, that shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of these terms and conditions; 8. Any dispute or matter in relation to these terms and conditions or otherwise arising from your participation in a session are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Powys, Wales, UK; and 9. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall constitute a waiver of Amy Bird’s rights. 10.Bloom Pilates runs on a 48 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations/ rescheduling within 24 hrs will incur a 50% late fee. No shows to appointments will incur a 100% fee and will not be able to rebook unless full payment has been received. 10A.No sessions are to be carried over to the next month, ALL sessions are to be used within the same month of purchase. 11.Your purchase and participation in a session/s shall constitute your acknowledgement and irrevocable acceptance of these terms and conditions.
