Service Description

Our Mums and Bubs Pilates course is all about gentle movement, rebuilding strength and connecting with your little one in a relaxed and supportive space. To make classes even more comfortable, we've reduced the group size to just 6 mums and their bubs. Usually if there are no complications it is safe to participate after 6 weeks post-delivery, however you must check with your health care provider first and ensure you have the all clear. The class focuses on postural correction, core and pelvic stability, balance and coordination and flexibility. while you're working on regaining your body after its amazing feat, your baby can enjoy tummy time or a nap on a blanket/ tummy time mat by your side. Our sessions are intimate and a time for new mothers to connect, without having to worry about organizing child care. BUB AGE LIMIT: Bubs are welcome until crawling (usually between 6-9 months). WHAT TO BRING: - A small hand towel - A water bottle - Studio mats are provided but, we kindly ask that you bring a towel to protect them when your Bub lies on them. - A blanket/ tummy time mat - Anything you feel you may need for your Bub to make them feel comfortable - We have very limited space but, can accommodate one or two buggies if needed. -We do have a very SMALL toilet, so recommend bringing a changing mat as the facilities are outside and too small to manage changing your Bub in. Spaces are limited, so early booking is essential.
